Creatives and marketers alike are powerful storytellers and profound influencers of consumer behavior. After 18+ years in the creative industry, working on brands across the spectrum of purpose, I have found myself grounded in spreading infectious possibility. I believe in the power of people in our industry to reshape the world.

I believe the “HOW” is always adapting.

I spent the last decade crafting a unique in-house creative agency model, with the ability to act with agility and adapt to both business needs & our consumers. It was so successful that it survived multiple company-wide restructurings, including the integration for Happy Family into Danone North America. It was never just WHAT we did. It was HOW we did it.

Exceptionally high creative standards and a deep understanding of brand, marketing, consumers and the omni-channel landscape we were existing in.

I am grounded by people.

My greatest successes are always rooted in relationships. As a leader and a parent, I pride myself on being an eternal student of human behavior. At its core, my leadership is grounded in fostering a team driven by both passion and purpose—devotion not only to the brands we steward but also to our own personal growth.

  • Becca worked with and for me for the past 10 years as a part of the Happy Family leadership team where she lead Creative Direction for the brand during a decade of rocket ship growth and through the integration with Danone.
